Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel Intelekt subscriptions and when refunds may be available. Paid payments are processed by Creem (Creem.io) as Merchant of Record.

Merchant of Record

Creem acts as the Merchant of Record for paid Intelekt subscriptions. Creem processes payments, collects and remits applicable taxes, and handles payment-related billing operations. Intelekt provides the software service. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Creem Buyer Terms.

1. Merchant of Record (Creem)

Creem (Creem.io) acts as the Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions and related payments for Intelekt. This means Creem is the authorized reseller for payment purposes: Creem processes payments, handles applicable sales tax / VAT / GST collection and remittance where required, and manages payment-related billing, refunds processing, and chargebacks in accordance with its policies and applicable law. Intelekt remains responsible for providing the Intelekt software service, product support, and determining product eligibility for refunds under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund requests are reviewed under this Policy. When a refund is approved, Creem processes the refund to the original payment method where possible, subject to its procedures, card network rules, and applicable law.

If we do not respond to a valid refund request within a reasonable time (and in any event as required by applicable payment or consumer rules), Creem may, at its discretion or as required by law or card schemes, issue a refund to protect buyers and comply with its Merchant of Record obligations.

2. How to cancel

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time:

  • From Studio → Settings → Billing (or the customer portal link provided there), or
  • Via the Creem customer portal accessible from your purchase receipt or billing email, or
  • By emailing info@intelekt.live from the account email address with the subject “Cancel subscription” and your account email / workspace name.

Note: Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, you generally retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period.

3. Free plan

The Free plan does not require payment. There is nothing to refund for Free usage. You may stop using the Services or delete your account by contacting info@intelekt.live.

4. Refund eligibility

We aim to be fair. Subject to applicable law, refunds may be available in the following cases:

  • First-time paid subscription: within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge, if you have not materially exceeded fair use of paid capacity (we may decline abuse of this window).
  • Billing errors: duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges after a timely cancellation that should have prevented renewal.
  • Service failure: a sustained, material failure of core paid functionality that we could not reasonably remedy after you promptly reported it to info@intelekt.live.
  • As required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Note: Except as stated above or required by law, fees for renewal periods already started are generally non-refundable once the refund window has passed. Yearly plans are not partially refunded for unused months unless required by law or approved at our discretion.

5. When refunds are typically not available

Unless required by law, refunds are generally not available for:

  • Change of mind after the applicable refund window.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal when cancellation instructions were reasonably available.
  • Dissatisfaction with results that depend on your product content, configuration, or third-party AI model behavior after normal use.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to suspension or termination.
  • Charges for periods during which you had access to paid features as purchased.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@intelekt.live with:

  • Account email and workspace name
  • Approximate purchase date and plan (Pro / Team / Scale)
  • Receipt or invoice reference if available (from Creem)
  • Reason for the request and any relevant details

Note: We aim to acknowledge refund requests within three (3) business days. Approved refunds are submitted to Creem for processing; timing of funds returning to your account depends on your payment provider (often 5–10 business days).

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Chargebacks are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record in accordance with card scheme rules. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued purchases or renewals after updates are subject to the version then in effect, except where law requires otherwise.
