Can I start without a credit card?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 product, 10 publishes per month, Surface sync, AI employee templates, model selection, and a brand kit—no card required.
What counts as a publish?
A publish creates a new product version in an environment (preview, staging, or production), emits product.published, and triggers Surface + Employees pipelines.
Who processes payments?
Creem is Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions. They handle global payments, tax collection, and invoicing. You manage your plan from Studio billing settings and the Creem customer portal. See our Terms and Refund Policy for details. Contact info@intelekt.live for help.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or change intervals anytime from Studio → Settings → Billing. Yearly billing includes roughly two months free compared with monthly.
Do AI employees generate my marketing site?
No. Only the Public Surface Engine generates marketing and docs. Employees automate work against product truth and may request surface sync—they never author public content.
